Two Last Closings of 2025

Mid-December was extremely exciting as we celebrated not one, but two closings to round out 2025!
Congratulations to the Maplewood Village and The Marq teams!
Maplewood Village, a 127-unit affordable housing community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will bring high-quality, sustainable homes to families earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income. The community will offer a mix of spacious 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units. Maplewood Village will feature two mid-rise buildings, a community room with computer work stations, an on-site leasing office, and an outdoor play area. The project will also feature a solar energy system designed to offset 100% of the building’s electricity usage!
A special thank you to the Tulsa Housing Authority for the integral support, including the award of 30 project-based vouchers that help ensure long-term affordability and stability for the future.
Additionally, The Marq Apartments will be a 40-unit new construction affordable housing community in Trinidad, Colorado! This $18.1 million investment will bring much-needed housing for Families in the community.
The Marq will offer 1-, 2-, and 3 -bedroom units for families earning between 30-60% of the area median income (AMI). The community will feature amenities such as a clubhouse, patio area, fitness center, and playground. Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2027!
