We continue to actively look for opportunities through the development and acquisition of low, moderate and mixed-income properties across the country. Commonwealth is well-positioned to buy out existing owners who lack the resources to recapitalize and expertly rehabilitate the units. Due to our development, construction and management teams’ ability to work in concert to re-develop and manage existing properties and portfolios, we are able to execute quickly on the acquisition of these interests.
