The Corridor—a 55-unit apartment community located in the heart of downtown Oshkosh, WI along Main Street. This $16+ million investment will breathe new life into an underutilized city block, contributing to the area’s revitalization.
The Corridor will consist of three buildings: a three-story midrise complex and two townhome buildings, offering a mix of unit layouts and bedroom sizes to accommodate the diverse needs of the community. Residents will enjoy premium amenities, including a spacious community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, modern co-working space to support the growing work-from-home population, an on-site leasing office, outdoor lounge, and more.
One of the most notable aspects of this development is our partnership with the Oshkosh Child Development Center (OCDC), a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit. OCDC will occupy 3,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, providing a two-shift childcare facility designed to meet the critical demand for affordable daycare—especially for second- and third-shift workers in the Fox Valley region. The center will feature four dedicated areas for different age groups (from infants to Pre-K), a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor play area.
