Spartan Lofts Grand Opening

On Tuesday, June 21st, we celebrated the Grand Opening of Spartan Lofts – the new affordable housing offering in Sparta, Wisconsin! It was a great turnout with hundreds of people touring the renovated school that preserved much of the historic charm that many remembered from when they attended or taught there. Thank you to the Sparta community for the immense support of this project, along with our partners – City of Sparta, WI, Sparta Area School District, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, @McRostie Historic Advisors, Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, U.S. Bank, @Deparment of Administration, @M+A, First Business Bank, Stantec, @State Historic Preservation Office, @Commonwealth Construction Corp.
