Commonwealth Advances Charles City affordable housing project

Commonwealth was thrilled to have another project advance with the successful land acquisition for The Collective on 13th in Charles City, Iowa! This $12M multifamily development will offer 40 residential units across two walk-up style buildings, with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. A freestanding clubhouse will also be located on the property, providing residents with a community room, exercise room, business center, and property management office.
