Closing Announcement: Statesburg Apartments, Kaukauna WI

Congratulations to Tyler Sheeran, Lisa Wahl, Rhonda Orosz, and the DSA team on last week’s successful closing of Statesburg Apartments in Kaukauna, Wisconsin!
This $14.5M project in partnership with the Kaukauna Housing Authority includes the rehabilitation of an existing apartment complex in addition to the acquisition of two adjacent buildings. The renovation will produce 74 1 & 2-bedroom homes for seniors making at or below 60% of the area median income (AMI) along with limited market rate availability. Additionally, residents will have access to a community room, fitness center, library, laundry facility, beauty salon, onsite management, and off-street parking.
The development will have phased unit delivery with final completion by the end of the year. We look forward to construction commencing this week!
