View 14 – Closing Announcement! Upon completion, this $15 million dollar investment will house 48 families within the downtown corridor of Sheboygan, WI. View 14 promotes a wide tenant dispersion targeting households at 30% Area Median Income (AMI) all the way up to market rate. I am incredibly proud of the team for getting this project across the finish line.
We’d like to give a special thanks to our partners, starting with Mayor Ryan Sorenson and the entire city staff/council members at the City of Sheboygan for the continued collaboration over the last 3 years. Our well-established partnership with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) team for generously allocating Federal and State housing tax credits. In addition to providing the long and short terms bonds necessary for financing this development. Our dedicated equity investor Chris Jillings and the rest of the team at Cinnaire for demonstrating continued flexibility as we sought solutions. Wisconsin Department of Administration for providing HOME funds and Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago for an allocation of Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funds.
