The Ace Apartments will include 70 multi-family units with a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes throughout 2 buildings. There will be 65-units within a 4-story mid-rise building that includes an additional 10,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space that will be leased by Options in Community Living. The development will also include 5 new construction townhome units with individual entrances and attached garages. Residents will have access to a community room, computer area, play room, guest suite, fitness center, covered parking, and an on-site management office. We will integrate 14-units of supportive housing that target individuals with disabilities, veterans, and/or individuals at-risk of homelessness making at or below 30% of the County Median Income; with a total of 59 of the 70 units reserved for individuals making at or less than 60% of the AMI.
This project will be located on the east side of Madison (4602 Cottage Grove Road) in Wisconsin which will involve the demolition of the former Sentry grocery store that has been vacant for many years. The location will offer residents convenient access to all of the great amenities that the east side has to offer. We are very excited to bring this impressive affordable housing development to the Madison community, while simultaneously cleaning up an area of the neighborhood that is in need of some additional investment.

They have partnered on a number of past projects with Principals Chris Jaye and Kristi Morgan, with the most recent being the Royal Apartments on Madison’s south side.
