Office: Fond du Lac, WI
Focus: Oversee construction projects to ensure on-time completion, within the budget, as per the plans and specifications.
Experience: Tracy has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in the Southwest—Arizona, Colorado, California, and Nevada. For most of those years, Tracy’s focus was on hotels and casinos, federal prisons, and sporting arenas.
Impressive Facts: The three projects Tracy is most proud to have managed include the Arizona Cardinals stadium, the Palazzo Hotel & Casino, and the Federal Supermax Federal Prison. Each project had a very tight schedule with significant penalties for not meeting the deadline; all projects were completed on time!
Fun Stuff: Tracy has two daughters, both married and residing in Arizona, three grandchildren, and seven horses. His family is very active in Rodeo; when he’s not judging/flagging rodeo events here in Wisconsin, he likes to golf, boat, and explore the state on his motorcycle.
Commonwealth is impressive in its desire to grow, while providing affordable living space for those who are in real need.
Nancy McKenzie, Executive Director , Rhinelander Housing Authority
Commonwealth has been extremely professional and courteous to the staff and the residents still living in our facility. They exceeded our expectations during the construction project as well as during the renovation of a 1923 school. Both projects have turned out to be beautiful and successful for our community.
