Focus:  Manages and oversees Commonwealth’s western portfolio of Conventional and Affordable housing apartment communities.  Stacey’s focus is onboarding new properties and supporting her team with day-to-day operations, financial planning and providing residents with a place they love to call home.

Experience:  Stacey has over 20 years of experience managing all levels of multiple projects including A+ lease-ups, renovations and repositioning properties. She is skilled with building, leading, and coaching high-performing teams, with a proven ability for increasing occupancy, resident retention and NOI, while decreasing delinquencies and turnover. She has a passion for providing superior customer service and increasing resident satisfaction while maintaining policy procedures.

Impressive Facts:  Stacey served as Chairperson on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver 2012-2013 and in 2011 received the organization’s “Most Outstanding Regional Manager” award.

Fun Stuff:  Stacey loves to travel with her family and has been blessed with visits to the Caribbean, Africa and Central Europe. She even kissed the Blarney Stone in Ireland! Stacey loves all kinds of crafts and has created some beautiful paint pours. She has a lovely daughter who is following in her footsteps in property management.
