Focus: Provide assistance to properties when short-staffed, complete onboarding and training as needed throughout the company.

Experience: Shun has worked in the affordable housing industry for a little over two years. Although being fairly new, her drive and dedication have taken her far already. She is currently finishing her degree in Business & Entrepreneurship and holds a certification in Carpentry and OSHA 10.

Impressive Facts: Shun received her carpentry certification in 2014 and has worked with Habitat for Humanity to build and remodel homes. She has received over 50 leasing awards, as well as awards for professionalism and diversity. Within the two years that she’s been in this industry, she was promoted three times, advancing from there to a corporate position.

Fun Stuff: Her daughter is her world…everything that she is doing is to show her daughter who and what she can be in this world.

Commonwealth is a new opportunity for me to advance my career and become a stronger role model in my community. I love the teamwork and dedication I’ve experienced thus far and look forward to contributing to the organization.

Commonwealth has been extremely professional and courteous to the staff and the residents still living in our facility. They exceeded our expectations during the construction project as well as during the renovation of a 1923 school. Both projects have turned out to be beautiful and successful for our community.
