Office:  Atlanta, GA

Focus:  Identify, conceptualize, finance, entitle, and close new affordable housing developments in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Sean’s focus on new community development extends past ground-breaking to assist with construction, management, lease-up, and stabilization.

Experience:  Sean has over 11 years of experience developing affordable housing at for-profit and non-profit companies, along with two and a half years of community economic development experience in local government. Sean is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Emory University, a Master of City and Regional Planning in Land Development from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Duke University.

Fun Stuff:  In his free time, Sean enjoys playing with his two boys (while they still think he’s cool) and spending time with his family.  His hobbies include martial arts (Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon Do), creative writing, hiking, and mountain biking.  He hopes to find the time to get back to flying for fun as a private pilot.

Commonwealth is a family of professionals focused on creating affordable communities people want to call home.

Commonwealth was quick to respond to any need, both large and small, throughout the entire building process. It might sound too good to be true, but all we did was tell them what we wanted and they did it. Very simple and no surprises. It is easy to see why Commonwealth is a rapidly growing company.
