Portfolio Maintenance Manager

Office:  Fond du Lac, WI

Focus:  Responsible for the maintenance and appearance of properties within the management portfolio and for ensuring the efficient operation of the property within budget. Responsible for onboarding and ongoing training and support for the maintenance team members within the assigned portfolio.

Experience:  Rich has over 20 years of experience in Facilities Management with a national non-profit organization that provides support and services for people with disabilities.  In that role, Rich oversaw Facilities Management for over 250 locations across 13 states.

Impressive Facts:  While overseeing the facilities maintenance of Wisconsin programs, Rich maintained 100% compliance with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services at 54 Community-Based Residential Facilities and Adult Family Homes.

Fun Stuff:  Rich has been playing bass guitar for over 30 years with his collection currently standing at 23 guitars!  His love of playing music started when he picked up a cello in music class at the age of 8. Aside from music, Rich also enjoys spending time in nature with his family and their Golden Retriever Isla.
