Michael Prosser

Project Manager

Office:  Fond du Lac, WI

Focus:  Oversee construction projects to ensure on-time completion, within the budget and as per the plans and specifications.

Experience:  Mike began his college education as a Forestry major at the University of Maine and made a switch to Mechanical Engineering. He finished his degree in San Antonio, TX, while working for Kimberly-Clark Corp as a drafter and engineer. Mike eventually ended up in Wisconsin via relocations with Kimberly-Clark. He has worked in commercial construction for over 20 years as a Project Manager and has managed various types of projects in everything from light commercial/retail, heavy manufacturing, educational, religious, senior living and multi-family.

Fun Stuff:  Mike was born and raised in Maine, has also lived in Texas, Georgia and Wisconsin (twice now).  He and his wife have been married for 14 years and together have four children. Mike loves sports, camping, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling…pretty much anything to do with the outdoors.  He also helps coach his children’s sports teams and is the Cub Master for the Cub Scouts Pack 3077 in Greenville.

Commonwealth is a great opportunity where I can bring my outside experiences to a rapidly growing team and help the company on its journey.  I see a lot of great things being implemented here and am so thrilled to be a part of it!

Commonwealth has been extremely professional and courteous to the staff and the residents still living in our facility. They exceeded our expectations during the construction project as well as during the renovation of a 1923 school. Both projects have turned out to be beautiful and successful for our community.
