Kyla Ward

Regional Property Manager

Office: Appleton, WI

Focus: Managing and maintaining Commonwealth’s portfolio of independent senior living and family-style apartments, cottages and townhomes in the greater Fox Valley area and northern Wisconsin.  This includes financial planning and oversight while also supporting site staff and helping to provide superior customer service to Commonwealth’s residents.

Experience: Kyla has over 20 years in real estate, including sales, property development, property management/maintenance, rehabilitation and marketing in both Wisconsin and Michigan. She also has experience in marketing, promotions and logistical work across 9 other states and Canada.  Previously, she was a licensed real estate agent in both Wisconsin and Michigan and currently holding the HCCP® designation.

Impressive Facts: With the support of her site team members, Kyla’s portfolio has maintained a better than 95% average occupancy during this year thus far.

Fun Stuff: Kyla loves to travel and has been blessed with many opportunities to do so over the last 2 years.  She has 2 beautiful teenage daughters who are very active in music, sports and having fun!

Commonwealth is truly opening doors to opportunity!  Giving people a chance to live in a beautiful, quality rental home at an affordable price, when they don’t have the means to achieve this in the regular marketplace, is not only an admirable service to the community but something that I am very proud to be able to be a part of.

Commonwealth has been extremely professional and courteous to the staff and the residents still living in our facility. They exceeded our expectations during the construction project as well as during the renovation of a 1923 school. Both projects have turned out to be beautiful and successful for our community.
