Focus: Supports the different marketing communication needs across all five Commonwealth companies. Aligns the Commonwealth corporate marketing strategy with company goals and budget. Executes effective marketing techniques to elevate brand awareness, increase profits, and create more opportunities for “wins”. Public and community relations, graphic design, internal and external communications.
Experience: Kristine earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Public Relations and Organizational Communication and a Minor in Psychology from UW-LaCrosse. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Concordia University – Wisconsin.
Impressive Facts: Prior to joining Commonwealth, Kristine originated and developed the internal marketing communications department for her company and grew the team to include multiple people and vendor partners. She led the internal and external communication efforts when her previous company transitioned from privately-held to a 100% employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to an acquisition by Associated Bank, all occurring within an approximate one-year timeframe.
Fun Stuff: Kristine loves chasing around her two sons, visiting new restaurants and places with her husband, and summer activities including boating, fires, swimming, hiking and outdoor happy hours.
