Development Associate

Office:  Middleton, WI

Focus:  Procure new development opportunities, secure debt and tax credit equity packages, and assist with on-going project management to ensure project plans are being met. Also, provides in-depth involvement with on-going projects, as well as new-site analysis.

Experience:  Henry previously worked on the Development and Acquisitions Team at Dominium, in the Twin Cities area, where he primarily focused on underwriting new 4% tax-exempt bond acquisitions and developments, project management and assisted in securing over $50 million worth of new business. Henry also helped secure the on-going 4th Internal Freddie Mac Securitization utilizing a fixed-income structure, valued at an estimated $130 million.

Impressive Facts:  Henry played football at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was named to an all-academic Big Ten team.

Fun Stuff:  Henry comes from a family of five, who enjoys skiing, golfing, football, and basketball. One of his favorite things to do as a family is snow skiing in Montana every winter.
