Focus: Development of affordable housing throughout the State of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Greg works with local and state agencies, community partners, and private lenders and investors to develop affordable housing. Greg facilitates all aspects of the development process from site selection, financial structuring, construction, and project lease-up.

Experience: Greg has over ten years of experience working for both non-profit and for-profit affordable housing developers. His experience includes a wide array of project types, including new construction, rehabilitation, historic, mixed-use, HUD and FHA financing, 9% LIHTC, 4% LIHTC and gap financing tools. Greg’s past roles include Director of Real Estate Development for non-profit housing developer in Cleveland, managing and overseeing the organization’s multifamily and single-family development activities.

Impressive Facts: Greg has been directly involved in the development and project management of affordable housing projects totaling more than $200 million, and has managed affordable housing projects throughout the Midwest, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Illinois.

Fun Stuff: Greg loves to travel and spend time gardening and remodeling his historic century home outside of Cleveland. Greg also enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, which includes a set of identical twin boys.
