Focus: Assist construction team, ensuring that each project is done safely, efficiently, and built up to the highest of quality.

Experience: Dylan earned his degree in Construction Management from Fox Valley Technical College. Prior to joining Commonwealth, he was a Field Engineer with a Wisconsin-based commercial contractor and an Assistant Project Manager at a local structural steel manufacturer. He has experience with BIM software drawing As-Builts and Zone Block Plans, and started in the industry as a construction laborer.

Impressive Facts: Dylan received high honors throughout his program at Fox Valley Technical College and earned his certificate as a CMIT (Construction Manager in Training) through Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). In 2020, Dylan received recognition for assisting hospitals with the construction of Covid-19 testing facilities in Northeastern Wisconsin. Additionally, as a volunteer, he helped build a one-room schoolhouse on the Island of Palawan in the Philippines.

Fun Stuff: Dylan enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, and taking time to be around his family, friends, and his cat “Ollie”. Dylan has also been to seven countries and plans to grow his list.
