Office: The Woodlands, TX

Focus: Leads Commonwealth’s efforts in Texas and Oklahoma, managing all phases of the development process.  Devin handles site selection, local advocacy, and financial structuring to proactively lead from concept to stabilization.

Experience: Prior to joining Commonwealth, Devin led the acquisition team at a boutique firm in Houston.  Beginning his housing career there in 2014, he was involved in every aspect of acquiring and rehabilitating developments in Texas through the tax credit program.  An athletic alum of Texas State University, he holds a BBA in both Finance and Economics.

Impressive Facts: Devin formally served on multiple housing boards and has remained a member of the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (TAAHP) and the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC).  His local and state legislative involvement has proven his passion for the industry.  Devin is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and has used that to propel his career in development.

Fun Stuff: Devin and his wife, enjoy traveling, live music, and spending time outdoors with their fun-loving pup.  He volunteers with his local church along with a non-profit that provides resources to the North Houston homeless population.
