Senior Vice President - Asset Management

Office:  Louisville, KY | Fond du Lac, WI

Focus: Oversees Commonwealth’s Asset Management department with a focus on four areas: Lease-up and stabilization of new properties; timely equity installments; performance of the stabilized portfolio; and year 15 planning.

Experience: BA in Geography for the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Masters of City Planning from MIT. Prior to joining Commonwealth, David was Executive Vice President of a non-profit housing organization.

Impressive Facts: He directed all housing production activities and financial consulting services, for a non-profit housing organization which led to the creation or preservation of more than 1,600 units of affordable housing with a capitalization of $150,000,000.

Fun Stuff: David enjoys carpentry, cooking, gardening and coaching his children’s sports team; but what gets him out of bed early is training for cross country ski marathons and mountain bike racing.

Commonwealth is not just about doing things well, but also about doing them right.
