Real Estate Development Specialist

Office: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Focus: Assisting Developers with technical and administrative support for a variety of real estate activities. Darlene plays a key role in all phases of the development process, working closely with Developers from due diligence and feasibility all the way through the closing process.

Experience: Darlene received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from UW-Milwaukee and an associate degree in Interior Design with a certificate in Kitchen & Bath Design from Fox Valley Technical College. Darlene previously worked as a Development Coordinator, Development Director and Development Manager for two Milwaukee area-based development companies. One company developed commercial and market rate multi-family rental projects throughout the country and the other, market rate multi-family rental and condominium projects in the Milwaukee area.

Fun Stuff: Darlene enjoys traveling, hiking with her husband and their girls (two lab mix rescues), board games, reading and craft beers.
