Corinna Eiden

Senior Controller

Office:  Appleton, WI

Focus: As Senior Controller, she is responsible for financial and managerial accounting for each of the individual properties managed by Commonwealth.

Experience: Corinna graduated from Northcentral Technical College with an Associates degree in Accounting, and furthered her education at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Prior to joining Commonwealth Management Corporation, Corinna served as the Treasurer/Comptroller of a large Green Bay based construction, real estate development and property management corporation. It was there that she gained an extensive background in the management of residential and commercial accounts and finances for real estate properties. In addition, her 25 years of experience has made her proficient in communicating financial information to managers, owners, shareholders and investors to give them necessary information in making key business decisions.

Impressive Facts: She and her husband have been married over 30 years, have one grown daughter and have lived outside of Green Bay for over 20 years.

Fun Stuff: Outside of work, Corinna loves to cook! For weddings and baby showers, she gives free meals as gifts.

Commonwealth is diversification. I love what the company does from development to construction to management to landscaping. In addition, I enjoy the variety of staff that I get to work with from all divisions, on a daily basis.

Commonwealth has been extremely professional and courteous to the staff and the residents still living in our facility. They exceeded our expectations during the construction project as well as during the renovation of a 1923 school. Both projects have turned out to be beautiful and successful for our community.
