Category: Community, Construction, Development, News

We have another project that has recently been awarded tax credits! “Confluent Park” received a LIHTC award from the Colorado Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) on May 13th which will bring more valuable affordable housing to Salida, CO.

Confluent Park will be a 48-unit, new construction property that will provide 1, 2, & 3-bedroom homes to individuals or families making at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). This development will have community and computer rooms, a fitness center, and an on-site property management office. We will integrate 4-units of supportive housing for individuals with disabilities and veterans making at or below 30% of the AMI.

This will be our fourth Colorado property, joining Mission Village of Greeley (Greeley, CO), The Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO), and Mission Village of Evans (Evans, CO).
