Multi-Family
Commonwealth’s extensive expertise in multi-family construction offers clients a superior advantage on all levels. Multi-family construction can be challenging and full of surprises, but Commonwealth produces housing that not only exceeds expectations but adds value and enhances the lives of the residents we serve and the communities in which we work. As of 2020, Commonwealth Construction has completed 47 total multi-family projects throughout Wisconsin as the general contractor, along with 16 projects in other states. With six additional projects under construction, we have built nearly 3,500 total units. Our multi-family housing portfolio encompasses a variety of building styles including midrise, cottage-style, townhomes, garden-style walk-ups, and historic adaptive reuse.
