2011 WHEDA Tax Credit Awards

The Commonwealth Companies is proud to announce four WHEDA Tax Credit awards for 2011, leading the state in the number of tax credit awards. 

Louie A. Lange III, president and owner of the company says "Competition for credits has never been greater, and it is the team we presented to WHEDA and what we have accomplished in the past that allowed us to receive more than any other company in Wisconsin this year." 

Trinity Artist Lofts and Townhomes of Fond du Lac, WI,  is the first project that will come online, with construction beginning in October of 2011.  This is a 35-unit apartment project located on two sites.  Western Townhomes in Neenah, WI, a 68-unit townhouse apartment development, will begin construction in January of 2012. 

Indianhead Cottages located in Mosinee, WI, is a 24-unit cottage style apartment development, and will begin construction in April of 2012, along with Pleasantview Townhomes of Plymouth, a 24-unit townhouse apartment development.
