Scott M. Daugherty

Southern Regional Vice President

Scott Daugherty is the Regional Vice President for Commonwealth Management Corporation’s properties in southern Wisconsin. He is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of these properties.

Scott has been in the property management industry since 1986. His experience includes market rate, tax credit, HUD, and Rural Development properties. Since 1991 he has had extensive experience with the section 42 tax credit program. Prior to joining Commonwealth Management Corporation Scott spent 13 years with a large Wisconsin-based property management company as an Area Manager and Regional Portfolio Manager. He was responsible for the oversight of day to day operations of over 60 entities and 3000 units. Along with Scott’s experience in managing multi-site portfolios for three large Wisconsin based companies, he worked as the Director of Development for one of Wisconsin’s largest Section 42 developers.

Scott attended The University of Wisconsin Whitewater in Accounting and Madison Area Technical College in Real Estate.
