Jason C. Laudolff

Vice President

Jason Laudolff is the Vice President of Laudolff Excavating & Grading, a residential, commercial, and agricultural excavating and site utilities company.

Jason has over 20 years of experience in the excavating industry and places a large emphasis of his philosophy on utilizing technology in the industry to stay ahead of the customer’s needs. Jason’s daily responsibilities focus on the long-range direction of the company and overall management of all employees on staff. Other areas of expertise Jason provides include working closely with customers to determine exactly what their needs are, bidding out all proposed work and ultimately overseeing the job as it progresses. Jason is proficient in some of the industry’s latest technology, including 3D GPS, which requires pinpoint computer programming and transfer of data to the field.

Jason attended Moraine Park Technical College for Civil Engineering and continues his education with Business Management training. After 15 years of utilizing his Journeyman Plumbing-Restricted Service License, he has obtained his Master Plumber-Restricted License (#223197). This enables him to design and install septic systems.

Jason stays active in the community by serving and chairing on different committees within the Home Builders Association of Fond du Lac and Dodge Counties and is a member of WOWRA (Wisconsin On-Site Waste Water Recycling Association).
