Northern Regional Vice President

Darrel Unsinn has a long career in the property management industry. As Northern Regional Vice President, he has hands-on supervision of the northern Wisconsin portfolio, with full P&L, budgeting, marketing and supervision responsibilities of all site property managers and their respective staff. Darrel’s duties include resident relations, rent collections, evictions, leasing, marketing, vendor negotiations, unit and building inspections and all associated paperwork for proper control, timely reporting and accurate record keeping.

Darrel joined Commonwealth in 2009, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry.
