Brent J. Schumacher

Senior Vice President

Brent has extensive experience in the construction industry as a project manager, estimator and team leader, and joined Commonwealth Construction Corporation in 2008. As Vice President, Brent’s responsibilities include managing employees, organizing daily operations, and overseeing the completion of all of the company’s projects, while maintaining quality amid time constraints and budgets. Brent is responsible for budgeting, subcontractor bidding, construction scheduling, and overall project control. A graduate of Marquette University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Brent has managed numerous construction projects over the past twenty years.

Brent also successfully owns and manages his own residential construction firm, Brent J. Schumacher Builder.
