Commonwealth Named 2008 Developer of the Year

Commonwealth Development was named "2008 Developer of the Year" by Wisconsin Builder Magazine.  In naming Commonwealth Development as the Developer of the Year, the magazine focused in on Commonwealth's successful track record of developing affordable housing in Wisconsin, but also the firm's willingness to give back to the neighborhoods and communities it serves.

"We always strive to be a positive influence in the neighborhoods and communities we are priviledged to serve.  Being recognized by our peers for our work as a developer and as a member of the community is always an added bonus.  I sincerely appreciate the award, and wish to thank all who have helped us reach this point", said Commonwealth President Louie A. Lange III.
